Due to NCBI phasing out GI numbers as of September, 2016 we made changes on portal to accept GeneBank protein accession numbers instead.
Please, use only accession numbers of GenBank entries (format: 3 letters + 5 digits + dot + digits) which contain information about coding region (CDS).

Note: WP_* non-redundant accession numbers do not correspond to specific strain and coding region and cannot be used.

Target analysis process is time-consuming. If you are planning to submit more than few targets, please contact us and we will run the analysis.
